Parachutes for Pets relies on community support and donations in order to offer our programs and services for low-income families and their pets.
Without your support we wouldn’t be able to continue our mission keeping families and their pets together. Without you, we couldn’t do what we do.
- For a single $50 donation, we can supply a family escaping domestic violence with their pet an emergency pet pack
- For a monthly donation of $25, you can help a family feed their pet
- For a one time donation of $100, you can fund a cat getting a wellness check, vaccines, and be neutered and microchipped.
With your help, the possibilities are limitless. And together, we are just getting started!
CanadaHelps.org is matching donations on Giving Tuesday and will provide you with an instant tax receipt for your records!
Monetary Donations
Monetary donations are essential to Parachutes for Pets as they allow us to source the discounted supplies and services that keep our programs running. Online monetary donations can be made through PayPal and CanadaHelps, and we also can accept cheques mailed to the address below. Donations over $20 are also eligible for a tax receipt!

Doodle Dogs is a local pet company that offered to take our wishlist off of Amazon and has worked hard to cultivate this list to ensure those supporting Parachutes For Pets can donate these much-needed items at a reduced cost to help their dollars go further.
We are currently looking for dog food for all ages and breeds. These are an essential part of our dog hamper program. Your donations will help us to support fur babies in our community.
Donation of Securities
Your gift of securities entitles you to a donation receipt of full market value (resale) of your donation. Your gift will result in a non-refundable tax credit that will reduce your income taxes. You can use it in the year of your gift or carry it forward for up to five additional years.
